CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARBELL PUMP
This class is designed for anyone wanting to get lean, toned and fit – fast! It combines continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides.

BOX FIT
Jab, cross and hook your way to a fitter you! Boxing not only does wonders for your body and fitness, we’re yet to find a better form of stress relief! Sessions typically involve exercises such as shadow boxing, squats, press ups and planks etc. It’s fun, challenging and safe.

ABS & CORE/CORE CONDITIONING
Abs of steel in-coming! This class targets all areas of your core to help sculpt and tone. Together we will crunch, twist and plank our way to a stronger core.

CIRCUITS
Our full body circuits class using a range of free weights equipment will help to sculpt and tone you from head to toe!

CARDIO HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training class will have you working hard within your fat burning zone! This is the class for you if you’re looking to shape up, increase your fitness and sweat to the max!

HIIT DUMBBELLS
A high intensity full body class using dumbbells to add that little bit extra to your workout.

KETTLEBELLS
This kettlebell conditioning workout is suitable for all levels. Learn to use Kettlebells and improve your strength, balance, mobility and stability from head to toe!

LOWER BODY HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training class will have you working hard within your fat burning zone! This is the class for you if you’re looking to shape up, increase your fitness and sweat to the max! this focusses on lower body; Booty, Legs, & Lower back

PILATES
Develop a stronger core, more developed abs and leaner muscles as you follow the movements in this relaxing yet challenging workout.

VIRTUAL SPIN
A wide range of classes from a frenetic HIIT Ride, to climbing the pyrenees to a gentle spin. There are 100’s of spin classes to choose from to suit all levels.

YOGA
Link your breath to your movement with a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels, all equipment provided.

ZUMBA
High energy dance workout with fun, happy vibes! Helping you to improve your cardio, strength, flexibility, rhythm and shake your stresses away. Lots of sweat, lots of laughs and some banging tunes.!
